On Thursday after a routine visit my mother had concerns about my Father and called David, the Manager, to ask if the carers had noticed anything different, she described my Father was just staring vacant at her. David got in his car and came straight up and called 999, as he recognised Dad was having a stroke. His quick thinking and willingness to drop what he was doing and come to my mothers aid meant my Father was able to be treated within the golden time and is now recovering in hospital”. 

Excellent teacher very educational but also makes it very fun to learn (medication management course) 

The training was excellent. They covered the legislation and theory of back care well. As always, the practice session was informative, and we were able to put it into practice. It was also very helpful to discuss the needs of specific clients.
